Conscious Consumer Discounts
At Echo Road, we want to reward the conscious choices you can make as a consumer. If you commute by foot, bike, bus, or carpool to our space, we will gladly deduct 5% from your purchases. If you provide your own shopping bag, we will deduct an additional 5%. We call them Conscious Consumer Discounts and they're available on any non-sale item and occasionally, sale items too.
Pricing & Payment
We accept cash, check and Visa/Mastercard/Discover. We also accept some trade. If you have a professional service or good to barter, feel free to contact us. We'll be posting a trade wish list soon.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with what you take home from Echo Road. With that in mind, we offer exchanges and in-house credit within 14 days of purchase. Simply return the item to us in unworn and perfect condition and we'll find an exchange or keep your credit on file. All sale items are considered a final sale. Conscious Consumer Discounts are not considered sale items.
To arrange a return, drop us an email and tell us which items you wish to return and why. We'll email you back shortly with further instructions and a return authorization number. Returns can be made in person or by mail.
Gifts
If you find something on our website you'd like to send as a gift, simply email us with the product photo. We offer specialized gift wrap and card writing with reclaimed paper, ribbon and trims. Prices vary, but in general, gift wrap service is between five and fifteen dollars. If you have something special in mind, let us know and we'd love to collaborate with you.
For Customers Outside of Seattle
We encourage you to shop locally in your own region, but if you find something on our site that you absolutely fall in love with, we'll work with you to make it yours. Simply email us the product photo and your measurements and we'll help you find the right size prior to shipment.
Shipping
We prefer to ship with USPS or UPS Ground, but can work with you on other priority shipping options. Prices vary by weight and destination. And don't be surprised if your box has a slightly weathered look - in an attempt to re-use as much as possible, the box you receive will most likely have been used before. But don't fret; unless it's one of our vintage styles, the contents will be brand new.
Privacy Policy
When you make a purchase with Echo Road, we prefer to send you a paperless invoice via email. To do this, we request your name and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep it secure to protect it from outside parties. If you pay with credit card, we also request your billing address, credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code. This information is only used temporarily to process your payment and is not stored in our records. As a customer of Echo Road, you can choose at the time of purchase to be included on our mailing list and we'll keep you up to date on all things Echo Road. We do not share your private information with anyone.
